The authentication laboratory is located in room A113.
The door is always locked. Talk to Patrick Bours to get access to the authentication laboratory.
We have 4 standard machines with Linux and Windows XP. When booted with Windows XP the machines can be logged into using the standard staff or student username and password. The Authentication Workbench application is only available for Windows. Authentication equipment we have in the laboratory is listed below.

Authentication Workbench, software for testing various authentication devices, is available on every PC in the laboratory. Start the application by clicking on the Authentication Workbench icon on the desktop after you have logged in. Help is available on the help menu. A license is needed to use fingerprint or face recognition in Authentication Workbench. The lab is equiped with 8 USB licenses.
